In 2004 George W. Bush was president. We were listening to OutKast on our iPod Shuffle's, T9 texting on our Motorola Razrs, and setting up our brand new Gmail accounts. Our watches weren't smart and we took pictures with cameras. YouTube didn't exist and we were still renting videos from Blockbuster or having DVDs mailed to us from a startup called Netflix.
A lot has changed in 20 years, but one thing has stood the test of time... With great pleasure we invite you to:
The 20th Annual Bowden Halloween Costume Party!
We've got a spooktacular lineup of fun this year with a few trips down memory lane, some new games, some old games, and with your help a whole spread of delicious food and lot of great company.
As always costumes are mandatory. We have a 20 year history of almost 900(!) amazing costumes. Prizes and trophies await for those who rise above the rest with their efforts.
Remember, if no one would stare at you in Target you aren't wearing a costume.
So, pawn your kids off and come join us for the best party in two decades!
